You just need to choose one of the available game rooms and join one of the teams.

By killing enemies, you increase your statistics and even pump the level of the hero. By completing tasks, you get cases, opening which you can get new unique weapons and other useful bonuses. Play like a pro, kill more opposing team players and help your team win.
