There are three images depicting Tom and Jerry in action, and a whole bunch of items scattered all over the place. Your job is to find them all and click each and every one. Once you click the hidden item it disappears from the bar below image. Clear out all 3 images to finish up the game. Be aware that wrong click will get you negative points, although that is not important for finishing the game.
