Who is Cackletta?
Cackletta is an evil witch from the Beanbean Kingdom and is the main antagonist of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for the Game Boy Advance, and its 3DS remake. She also appeared as a Sticker in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. 

Story:
Boyfriend agreed with the hero of the mushroom kingdom Mario a rap battle in the princess’s castle, however when boyfriend and girlfriend arrived they found the ambassador of the Jewish kingdom and his assistant delivering a gift to princess peach to strengthen ties Between kingdoms, but before he could give it to the boyfriend interrupts, not seeing Mario challenges the ambassador to a rap battle, the ambassador without hesitation accepted the challenge, after losing against boyfriend he gives the gift to princess peach, but in reality it was a trap to steal the voice of princess peach, and as revenge also steals the voice of girlfriend, the ambassador turned out to be nothing more and nothing less than Cackletta the evil witch of the Jewish kingdom, cackletta attacks with rays to prevent someone from intervening then boyfriend decides to hide with gf in a place in the castle.
